my|GEMINI Contact Centre is a system designed for bank’s information line operators using telephone, email and chat services. my|GEMINI Contact Centre is usually integrated with other my|GEMINI products, typically my|GEMINI Branch or my|GEMINI Internet.

my|GEMINI Contact Centre has two main components. An integrated front-office system, usually my|GEMINI Branch, provides all important and relevant information on a client and his or her products, and allows transactions to be made on behalf of the client. The other component is the integration of telephone services that cover the management of telephone communications, the automatic display of client information before a call begins, and support for calls as part of current campaigns. Using integration with my|GEMINI Internet, operations can be performed in internet banking by contact centre operators on behalf of the client, or support for servicing internet banking can be provided.
