Fees and charges are not popular among banks’ clients, but they are one of the sources of banks’ revenues. Various structures for fees, the option of waiving and refunding charges, different packages, etc. can be used for banks to win new clients and gain the edge over their competitors.
Fees and charges are generated directly in the banking system, and also in additional modules that allow regular charges to be billed (e.g. for account management), and for transactions (e.g. for an incoming clearing payment) and bookkeeping items (e.g. for entering an incoming clearing payment).
