BOS – or rather back-office systems support – in the name is somewhat misleading here, as alongside business modules and modules for access and administration, this system also facilitates support for front-office system users.
As well as basic support for banking products and services (clients, various kinds of accounts, loans, receivables, security, payments, cash, payment cards, accounts, interest, fees, spreadsheets, etc.), it also includes DMs, workflow support and links to public data (registers) and data boxes.
