BSC takes part at XII. International Forum iFin 2012 (electronic financial services and technology), held on 7-8 February 2012, in Moscow, Russia.

iFin-2012 Forum is a national event of Russia, devoted to electronic financial services and technology. During the two days, that iFin-2012 will last, visitors can learn more about the latest achievements in the sphere of electronic financial services and technology. The Forum will cover the whole range of issues relating to creation, development, promotion and utilization of the up-to-date electronic financial services and technologies. It´s again a great opportunity to present our products for banks and financial institutions located in Russian and CIS market. During the iFin Forum we will have two contributions. New office opened in Vietnam

As announced previously, BSC Group intends to enter Vietnamesse market. This step is now supported by opening new office in Ho Chi Minh City. Such presence in Vietnam allows us flexibly respond to local market demands.
Opening BSC Vietnam Ltd. is consistent with our expansion strategy in Southeast Asia market.
Mr. Anh Tuan Nguyen was appointed CEO of the branch. He has wide experience working on business and management positions for several czech and international companies with their representative offices in Vietnam.

Customer Experience in Hanoi

BSC PRAHA in cooperation with Senteo Incorporated organize first workshop in Vietnam. On November 29, taking place in Hanoi we will welcome representatives of banking and other financial institutions at the seminar Customer Experience – The New Way of Doing Business Banking the Right Way. The event is held under the auspices of the Czech Embassy in Vietnam.

Several contributions will be presented by Petr Koutný, Čeněk Navrátil (both from BSC), Tom Mouhsian and Michael Ruckman (both from Senteo). In their presentations, Tom and Michael will focus on Customer Experience, both from banks and clients´ point of view. In the second part we will introduce the participants what my|GEMINI product line brings in terms of Customer Experience and servicing clients´ needs.

BSC Praha participated in Banking Innovations Forum 2011, which took place on 14 – 15. 4. 2011 in Vienna. The conference was dedicated to innovative technologies and their affect on the banking bussiness.

As a silver sponsor of the event we had chance to participate in the programme with our topic Multichannel Integration presented by Petr Norek, Product Manager.

„Banking Innovations Forum was a good opportunity to present our multichannel approach and learn how other european banks innovate in their approach to clients to increase revenues and ensure customer experience“, commented his participation Petr Norek.

BSC Announces Entry into Vietnamese Market

On Friday 8th of April there was called the first press conference to introduce the agenda of the 14th Banking Vietnam – the biggest banking event of the year, held in Hanoi.

More than 40 press agencies and station agencies attended the conference. On this occasion BSC Praha issued an official press release announcing its entry do Vietnamese market.

According to the organizers our press release piqued considerable interest among journalists, proof of which is the first article – an interview with Petr Koutný in Banking Times.
