BSC PRAHA in cooperation with Senteo Incorporated organize first workshop in Vietnam. On November 29, taking place in Hanoi we will welcome representatives of banking and other financial institutions at the seminar Customer Experience – The New Way of Doing Business Banking the Right Way. The event is held under the auspices of the Czech Embassy in Vietnam.
Several contributions will be presented by Petr Koutný, Čeněk Navrátil (both from BSC), Tom Mouhsian and Michael Ruckman (both from Senteo). In their presentations, Tom and Michael will focus on Customer Experience, both from banks and clients´ point of view. In the second part we will introduce the participants what my|GEMINI product line brings in terms of Customer Experience and servicing clients´ needs.
