During the trial period, an employee undergoes an adaptation programme where his or her objectives for work and education are defined. In this phase education focuses primarily on familiarisation with the company and its processes, products, etc. The adaptation programme is evaluated at the end of the trial period and is followed by an education and development plan for the employee.
Education
Our company provides English and Russian courses at its head office. We promote our employees’ professional development through internal and external courses aimed at extending their skills and expertise. The company has its own library to support independent study and the acquisition of further information on current developments in relevant fields. E-learning has been introduced to make education more effective.
Certification
We support the obtaining of certificates, which are a guarantee that employees maintain the required level of qualification. Certificates may be external (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Oracle) or internal, covering BSC products.
